Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide . If something doesn't work in the checkout or it says that we don't ship to your country, please contact our support team.
How long does the delivery take
Switzerland: 1-3 days (excluding non-stock products)
Germany: 4-9 days
Austria: 4-9 days
USA and UK: 5-9 days
all other countries: 5-18 days
Please note that depending on the volume of orders we have a processing time of 1-3 days , as each watch is assembled according to customer requirements.
All products that we have in our Swiss warehouse are shipped directly from Switzerland.
All orders received before 1pm will be shipped the same day
Priority shipping time: 1 day.
In exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed by one day. Shipping is via Post Priority.
Standard shipping time: 2-4 days, shipped with Post Economy.
Please note that packages are only delivered on working days . The information given above refers to working days from Monday to Friday. In individual cases, delays may occur. Be aware that the responsibility lies with the shipping company and is not within our control once the package leaves our warehouse.
